[ADMB Users] compiling ADMB | RHEL 5.5

I don't recall being 'instructed' to do much of anything, short of 
making the config.log available. If I was, sorry -- missed it (I receive 
on average 200+ emails a day, so I do miss one on occasion). I'll dig 
through my mailbox(s), and see if I can find said 'instruction'.
