This is a very helpful paper! Thanks!

I noticed in section 2.3.1 and the discussion of profile likelihood
the sentence:

"The profile likelihood curve l(phi) is a graphical display of the
information contained in the data about the interest parameters."

Is this a new output file designed for graphical analysis? Or does
there need to be formal output statement written to define and extract
it?
