[ADMB Users] log files configuration

We developed a web application to analyze and plot the results of binding
assays.
The application uses R and ADMB. The log files generated by ADMB are
getting too big, I was wondering how can I purge these files without
affecting the functionality.
Can I just delete the .log.log files, or maybe make the rotation more often
so the files don't get that big.

For example singleFixNS.log.log is 83.9GB

I would appreciate any advise / suggestion.
