[ADMB Users] No report in re model

[H. Skaug]

Hi,

I cannot remember to have seen this problem before, so here are my
suggestions:
- compile with "-s"
- make all parameters active in phase 1

If the problem remains, and you consider it a bug
it would be nice if you could provide a stripped down version
of your program that produces the error.
