[ADMB Users] A link process kept failing, but after restarting the PC, it worked

Hi, Ian.
Thank you for your response.  As requested, I omit ".TPL" when doing 
compile and link.  But the problem still pops out: i.e., it 
can be successful or fail inconsistently.   
 
Your guess is correct.  I don't compile and link *within* the IDE although 
I installed ADMB using the IDE.  I type those commands in the Command 
Prompt Window.  I wonder about whether the newest version (11) would be 
stable regarding the matter.
