[ADMB Users] Do you use Borlands compiler? we are considering dropping it.

A clarification on Allan's comments about safe vs. optimized:
To get the fast compile, it requires removing the "-O3" optimization stuff
in adcomp.bat. Compiling in safe mode add the bounds checks and whatnot,
but doesn't remove the optimization commands.
