[ADMB Users] mcmc and -noinit

Hi Mollie,

Last weekend I was playing around with MCMC's in ADMB and I found no
difference when using mcgrope with different values. So, I'm not exactly
sure how that works. The reason that I was playing with mcgrope was that
the ADMB MCMC wasn't traversing the wide space seen with another (unnamed)
model. However, playing with -mcrb worked by allowing the MCMC to jump to
farther areas. It may be worth a try.

I hope this helps,
Allan
