[ADMB Users] Installation issues - ADMB 11 and Windows 7

I have installed ADMB 11 with GCC 4.5 on my Windows 7 PC and followed the
online instructions.

I can get ADMB to work with the example programs (as was suggested) but not
ADMB_RE. 

Trying the ORANGE example I get a series of "'sed' is not recognized as an
internal or external command" error messages.

Any possible solutions?
