[ADMB Users] GCC for Windows

Hi Jeff,

I maintain a shelf of ready-to-use GCC compilers for Windows here:

   http://admb-project.org/tools/gcc

As described on that page, I get those from the MinGW and Rtools projects.

If you're using prebuilt ADMB libraries, then I recommend using a matching 
version of GCC. For example, if you installed 
admb-10.1-mingw-gcc4.5.2-64bit.zip then use GCC 4.5.2.

If you're building your own ADMB libraries from scratch, then I recommend 
using the newest GCC you can find.
