[ADMB Users] ADMB with Mavericks

Thank you Steve and Dave,
My f1b2trst.cpp file was indeed did not match what Dave had, and was in
particular missing

int unvar=1;

This is fixed, thanks Steve, and I am now able to build admb successfully
and have been able to work through the simple example successfully.
