[Developers] Website: example collection

Hi,
I have now populated Examples. I have included an instruction for
how users can submit abstracts for their own examples, and provide
keywords for their models ("categories" in the Plone terminology)
that can be used to group models of similar keywords.
There is still little content, but it will come over time.
