[Developers] ADMB API documentation

The seeds of API documentation are now available for public on-line 
viewing at http://admb-project.org/documentation/api-documentation At 
the moment only the dvector class has any documentation, and that 
documentation is not complete.  Anyone with access to the Subversion 
server should be able to contribute to this project. So here is an 
opportunity to dig into your favorite parts of ADMB and write about it 
in a way the helps us all.
