[Developers] Do you use Borlands compiler? we are considering dropping it.

I assume that the set of people using both Rtools and ADMB is both small
and fairly savvy, so they should have no problem following some
instructions that we (Arni?) create for avoiding such conflicts.

Borland support sounds dead. Long live ADMB!
